Susan Patricia (Collins) Killin
Daughter of Iver (Corporal RAF # 3031720) & Violet (Wickham) Collins Wife of Donald Gordon Archibald Killin (1946-2005) Born (RAF base hospital) Rinteln Buckeburg, Germany on January 15th, 1948 and died (Ottawa) May 9th, 1978 at age 30 years.
Susan grew up in Ajax with her parents, older brother and younger sister. In high school she met her future husband, Don and would join him at his parents’ house for lunch every day, where Don’s little brother Kenny would be assigned by Don’s Mom to ensure lunch was the only activity by sitting strategically between them.
Susan and Don lived in Oshawa for a number of years, in a house that some years after they moved Don’s younger brother John and his wife Patricia would purchase not remembering visiting Sue and Don at this house until well after moving in.
Susan and Don moved to Munster Hamlet (Ottawa region) and had three children before she was diagnosed with a quick moving cancer that took her from us within a few weeks of the birth of their third child.
